You can try to call 888-447-6613. This number was given to me by my credit card company. I called this number and was able to speak to someone. They refuse to give me my money back but I asked for no further charges. Ask for a confirmation number and give this number to your credit card company. They told me they would email me a confirmation but of course they didnt. Refer to my complaint submitted on August 7th. (Shows as anonymous but that was not my intention).
