I to was scammed by E-cigs for 99.99
and I sent back the stuff for refund and never received money back now I'm in debt with the bank because of this.

Then you should have read the small print. Do you really think these companies are giving away a $80 kit for free.....Please! You should have read the small print. This is not a scam its just it preys on stupid people that dont read the full offer. If you had phoned them and cancelled your order you would never have been charged, I do agree that the company needs to indicate the fact that this deal is based on a monthly subscription but the onus is on you the customer to read the small print before buying. Read the small print before buying anything from a site that says something is free because they have to make money somewhere. You have learned you lesson i presume, and as long as you have learned from it it wasnt a mistake, it was kinda stupid but it wasnt a mistake.
