I had never heard of SGE Loans untill they had took the money of my bank which was a few days after another company had took 31.27 out of my bank. I contacted my bank (lloyds tsb) to which they refuded both monies back to me. Two weeks later I recieved a letter from my bank saying that SGE loan had had said they had telephone conversation with me and I agreed to sign up for their preminem service. Like I said just I had never heard of them. The bank are now goimg to taking the 79.99 back.out of my account amd have told.me I need to contact SGE Loans myself to get my money back. I jave tried numerous times to ring them and only been.able to get through to.someone once. As soon as O.made it apperant to why I was ringing they hung. I jave emailed several times and had no responce. I am at a lost as.what to do now. I am going to be left with bank charges and no money in.my acvount which is not ideal as I have a young family to.look after. If anyone could help me it would be.much appreciated.
