They posted an ad on Los Angeles Craigslist for a MAC Cosmetics modeling gig; they arranged a conference call with the select talent; they sent texts to those who were cast; they required that we register and pay a $90.00 subscription at exclusivecastingcompany.com; I got no access to their website until I texted them my username/password (which I felt uncomfortable about); when I did receive access, their website was unprofessional, unlike most talent agencies or casting sites I have worked with; their unofficial emails from gmail with no signature included misspellings, and they said it would take 3 weeks to process paperwork (which they could not do without much information about me). It has been 3 weeks, and now their website is down, and I have received no correspondence from either Mellissa or Rhonda. I did contact ECSuite, the company who processes credit cards, and they could not access information about Exclusive Casting (since their website was down), but they did say they would cancel/refund my $90.00. It will take 7-10 days. I have email threads from Mellissa Wills, text threads from Rhonda Brown, and confirmation emails from EC Suite.
