I used MyPostalAddressChange.com to change my address after I moved. Charged me $40 and a week went by without me getting any mail. So, I log on, forgot my password so I have them email it to me. Come to find out that the status of my order has not been confirmed. When I go to confirm my order it takes me to a java script site. So I go back to my account and it still says "has not been confirmed" So naturally I email them since there is no phone number anywhere on the site. I get no email back after 24 hours. I try to log on again and since they gave me their own password I go through the link the email with the password had on it. Not the same site, at all. Since they all look the exact same. I got frustrated thinking they received my email and just deleted me out of the system since it was stating there was no account with my email. With more research I find a phone number I can call for the site and the representative helped me realize that I had not called the right website, even though that was the website on the password email. She kindly gave me the other websites and phone numbers she had available for them. Go figure the only website she couldn't find a phone number for was the one I had an account with. MyPostalAddressChange.com is a scam and I'm determined to get my money back and shut them down.
