I bought an Andriod mobile called goophone i5 that they say works with google play and comes in English. Reviews backed this up.
I received the phone in march 2013, it was all in Chinese except for a couple of apps. No google play.
I contacted them and they sent complex instructions that included taking the phone apart and taking out an sd card, then updating the rom. This made no difference
After numerous emails they said they would replace it with a working one once they recieved the old one.
I reluctantly posted it in may.
I kept chasing progress where they occasionally responded. The last response said just wait one more week.. This was in July 13.
It's now September and now my emails bounce back...
Do not use them or buy a goophone as they are allegedly the manufacturers..
