Like everyone else here, I fell for the "Free Trial" scam for Vitaberry and Colon Cleanse. I finally managed to get hold of customer services by phone today (hope to goodness it wasn't a premium rate number!), and have cancelled my account. They have taken £79.99 on 12 Aug, and £69.99 on 13 Aug. Apparently it says in the Terms and Conditions that this is what they will do after 14 days. I was unable to read the T&C as they were not in English, and Google Translator did not recognize the language so I have no idea what it said. So far have not had any luck getting a refund, AND have just had an email saying they have dispatched more of the stuff to me today, I will be refusing to accept the shipment. It doesn't even work!!
