I bid on an auction for a webcam and never received it after 3 months. I submitted a request to cancel the order and refund my money and I am still waiting for the refund after sending them emails daily I still don't have my money back and they charged my card as soon as the auction was over not when they ship. Isn't that also that a breach of standard business practices?
