I took a survey on 8/13/2013, after completion I chose a gift which was free except for the shipping. I received the product and was charged for the shipping.
On 8/31/2013 my credit card was charged the price of the product in addition to the shipping.
I want the product cost refunded.
Update: 09/16/2013
Both charges have been removed from my account.
