I saw an ad for a FREE trial of Max Garcinia Burn, asking for shipping fee of $2.95; no other disclosures, terms, etc. Right after the online transaction (after putting in my debit/credit card info.), I checked my bank account and the $2.95 was debited. The following day, I checked my bank account again and the $2.95 had disappeared or replaced with a much large amount, of $148.95. 7 days after placing my order, I received 4 bottles of Max Garcinia Burn with a receipt reflecting cost of one bottle at $37.24, totaling $148.96. I called up my bank immediately to put a stop on the "pending" transaction AND called the 855-847-8511 listed on the receipt that came w/the 4 bottles. I was NOT nice to the gal who answered the phone; I flat out told her the Garcinia online ad was completely fraudulent and that I didn't appreciate the anonymity and the fact that I was getting scammed for $148.95. I demanded my money back or they get slap with a lawsuit! The lady provided me w/a RMA # and a cancellation code; she advised I send the bottles back and I'll get my refund. Well, to hell with them! I filed a dispute w/my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEFS!
