Some guy called my boss today telling her that if I didn't call 877-553-5396 within an hour that he would show up at my work to serve me with papers. He also called a friend of mine. I called the number and was told it was a "locator" trying to reach me. They told me that if I didn't pay them $2618.04 today that they would not call off the "locator". I told them I wasn't giving them a dime until I researched this further. This is clearly harassment and these people need to be stopped.
Update: 09/13/2013
Today Jason Locke called again at my job. I demanded that he stop calling me over and over at work. We will see if he stops.

- Did they stop? Going through the same exact thing plus got threatened by (Inappropriate Content Removed) who thinks I'm stupid. I filed a complaint with consumer finance.gov. they took it very seriously then forwarded it to FTC. Please file also. Thanks-wendy

- Wendy...what waa the outcome when you filed. Did they stop calling you. Did you ever actually get served anything ? I filed a complaint yesterday. I hope it stops them from calling
