Hi I have been charged on the 9 Sep 2013 from merchant DG-PAY.COM +18003704427 from my transaction bank sheet of $21.92. How is this possible? as I have made no aggrangement for this to happen and have made no agreement what so ever. I have no idea who these people are but it needs to stop. If it is not resolved I will take furhter actions.
