i live in illinois. i was just contacted by unamerican people claiming to be sueing me for recieving a loan via the internet with cash advance usa in oct 2012 for 300.00 and they were telling me i had three charges against me and i needed to contact my lawyer and ultimately when i would hang up they would call back and say i shouldnt hang up then they threatened to send local police to my door. i told them to do that and they havent called back in the last five minutes. im just worried they have my social and info and are gonna really mess up my already bad credit. wonder what i can do to report them.

- They are doing the same thing to me. Calls and threatening emails. I have never received a pay day loan and they say this occurred 29 months ago.
