After days of attempts of contacting this company they ignored me and would not give me my money back or the product. So after i opened a claim with paypal i got a email from them saying the follow:

When i joined the chatroom there was a so called "Manager" telling me my order was complete and to close the claim so they could act upon it and give me my product, like anyone I trusted them and closed the claim and bam he was history and never heard from again. So because i don't like to be screwed with, I searched and did my research on the company and than called Paypal directly and explained why and what happened, with the kind offering of Paypal they have re-opened my claim and i got them to put GoldWTO on a watch list and if they find that they are scamming people they will press charges against them :) and I'm getting my money back from them again all thanks to Paypal and there awesome service. So... to anyone that got tricked into closing your claim go and call Paypal and demand it be re-opened and action against this company to be taken, I need all of your help to do this and register your claims against them. I hope for the best from everyone. Thanks!
