I ordered a dress in standard size 20, no special measurements in a silver color. When I received the dress it was obvious that it is "grey" not silver. Their policy states that if it is a color error they will refund your money. I emailed them that I needed a return form to send the dress back for a full refund per their policy. Adam Chen responded that they can not refund but would give me 20% back and for me to keep the dress and try to sell it on eBay! In his email he stated that they made it in grey and I ordered silver! I even said that they could give me in store credit and I would use it on something else. I do not want the dress and according to their policy I am entitled to a full refund because of color error!
