As shown in another complaint, I ordered a free trial of Max Garcinia Burn and returned the pills within the time frame of 10 days. I was charged anyway and told that I would get my money back in 5-10 days. It has been almost 3 weeks, and still no refund. I can't find their customer support number anywhere. I also paid for shipping to and from my apartment, so that's another $6 to the damages.

  • The customer support number on my bottles is 855-847-8511. I'm trying to return the bottles the day after receiving them. Do you have an address or process to return them?

  • Same happened to me, I returned mine and they STILL charged me. I called the # and got a RMA # to reference on the envelope when I returned it. I called today to find out why they charged my account and they have NO record of me or my order! The person I spoke to said to email a copy of my bank statement showing the charges and that she will TRY to help me.

    That number sounds correct and I believe that others on this site have tried calling it with various results, none of them helpful. I called and they gave me a cancel code and told me to write the RMA number that they gave me on the package. The shipping address they gave me was:

    VERY IMPORTANT: Keeping your receipt is of utmost importance if you sent them back! I can't find mine, and my bank said that they might not be able to do anything without the receipt because the company can say they didn't receive the package.

    I just contacted my bank today and they helped me to realize that there was no record on my account of the shipping charge that was previously posted. I have the confirmation email that they sent me, so the disappearance is odd. The specialist that I talked to while on the phone with my bank said that I most likely haven't given the merchant enough time to process the refund, but finding this site and its reports and the length of time that has passed leads me to continue to think otherwise. I suppose the best either of you can do is call your bank and have them dispute it.

  • I posted my complaint under Online Consulting Group, LLC. It is the same place you all's complaints are for. Scambook needs to group all of these together. My dashboard says mine is the only complaint for this company and that's obviously not true. On 9-9-13 they told me my refund would credit to my account in 48 hours. Not there yet! My complaint # is 273815.

  • I also returned mine. Kept a copy of the address, the receipt, the tracking number, and contacted Discover card. They are very good about resolving fraudulent charges, so right now I'm just frustrated, but not really worried about losing the money. Why can't we do something to shut this company down!? Did anyone get an e-mail from the company confirming your order? I never got one, and when I asked the guy at OCG LLC, he gave me some e-mail address I never heard of before. I asked him where he got it and he claimed that I hand-keyed it in. BS!! Also, I didn't even order the Garcinia Cambogia, I ordered some colon cleanse product. Man... I am kicking myself now.

  • I;m not sure how this company has managed to stay active for so long. This site has gained a very large (in my opinion) number of complaints, so I'm hoping all of us suffering through this pays off in the end. I can't afford to keep this amount on my credit. I haven't called back at the 855 number, but I'm sure we all know it's a waste. I called my bank some time ago; haven't heard back, but they said not to worry because they would try and handle it. I foolishly did not keep my tracking number, but I'm glad to hear that you kept all of your information, Kelly. I also ordered a colon cleanse product; I didn't realize that it was the wrong pill. I hope something is done soon.
