I also attempted to purchase an iPad 4 wifi and I was communicating with Jianfeng Yang. I sent money by western union and he sent me an invoice to my email. When I picked up the item from the post office I knew that by the size of the box that it wasn't the correct order and I emailed him immediately and I never got a response.
