Ordered this software, spent hours downloading and trying to activate a bluetooth connection with the phone, which never worked. Then manually put the spyware on the phone as directed. The texts, phone calls, contacts and website visits automatically populated on the computer from the phone, but no other details as promised. And then the updates almost never exist, you may find 1 or 2 changes a day each time you log in, but it isn't accurate because the phone bill shows more details of activity. Requested support over and over, no response, no phone response, no nothing! The service is phony at best!
