I purchased the trial offer for £1.99 per product. When they sent the products the postage charge was £25.00 per item. I returned the items to the post office without opening them. I tried to contact the company Hydroxatone, but the phone numbers didn't work. I therefore contacted my bank they investigated and could not find whathappened. I therefore contacted the company with the correct number provided by the bank. I was assurred that I would get a full refund, as they had recieved the product's unopened. I have now been told that they will not be refunding my money. This is a total scam
