Stay away from SEOBABA & Mukesh Kumar

I booked 1 month of SEO work and one implementation of a software onto our server. Mr. Mukesh Kumar promised to get traffic up by increasing serps for our keywords within 4 weeks and implementing the software within 2 weeks. 14 weeks after payment nothing has happened. What is funny is that before payment communication was quite easy with Mr. Kumar. Replies to my emails came promptly, but after we paid, communication more or less broke down. Within 14 weeks we have received 3 Emails. I have worked with indian IT-companies before and its so obvious that the lame excuses they come up with for delays, have nothing to do with reality. I had indian IT-guys telling me that they had to travel to the countryside because their brother got married and it takes a week to travel in India. Another one was telling me that his or her parent got sick an so on. It's always a tragedy or very special private event that is being used to excuse delays of projects. Guess what: Mr. Mukesh had some interesting excuses too. 1st it was his daughter who went to hospital, secondly his office caught fire! It's hilarious and at least you get a laugh out of it. Still I would like to warn everybody out there who is planning to work with seobaba that you will probably end up having lots of trouble working with them. Better look for another more professional company because seobaba is a scam. If you promise something to your clients and you can't keep it, you are either a really bad manager or you are a liar. In the end for a paying customer like we are, the result is the same.
