Typed in USPS in search and at the top was a link to the official USPS COA. www.mypostaladdresschange.com/USPS
I went to what appeared to be the real usps website and filled out my COA, I kept checking my email to get my confirmation but it never came. I went to my bank account to see if the USPS had submitted their 1.00 fee and then saw a 39.95 charge to my account. I went back to the site and in the fine print it stated the fee and also stated a full no questions asked refund if you are not satisfied. When I did the original transaction, it did not disclose the price and since it mimicked the USPS COA form, I thought it was 1.00. I went to USPS site and the form looks identical. I sent email to the website asking for a refund but have had no response. Under contact page they list a mailing address of Australia or another country. They provide no customer service number or any other way to contact them. I never received my email confirmation nor any email from their contact us link.
