I paid $1000 to join this program for a year. In May of 2013, I was informed by the representative at this office that they had violated the FDA regulations in that there was never a qualified nurse on staff, nor was I ever seen by a doctor. The program was suspended. In June of 2013, I was told that they were clear to proceed. I was provided with one medical visit, and was told that labs were done, although I was never given the results. I received the next shipment of the HGC drug, which was pink, when it never had been before. I was told that I would be contacted when the qualified nurse was brought in...this never occurred. Calls and emails have been ignored and never addressed, even with return mail receipts. In addition, I paid an additional $80 in April for 4 X B-12 injections. I have only received 3 of the 4 and get no response on this issue either. This reeks of malpractice and I have tried to resolve before taking any legal action, and have requested only $465.00 in refund, but still get no answer from anyone. On the website there is no one to contact directly and no specific information of any affiliate office available to forward complaints. This has been appalling.
