I had a charge against my debit card from this company after they had sent me a set of CD's, that I didn't order. I did not give any one permission to send me any additional CD from Pimsleur organization. I had ordered the 9.95 tapes and recieved them. So my complaint is they are "crooks" and are using the US Postal Office and/or UPS to illegally charge individuals for services or merchandize that was not ordered by the person.

It appears that some people have been using our website or web addresses to market Spanish Language courses, and then stealing people's money once you have paid. Please check out our website - www.strlearning.co.uk; we are NOT STR*LearnLanguage, we do NOT sell language courses, we do NOT operate in the USA or Americas and we do NOT ask for money on our website. I feel very sorry for the people who have been caught by this scam, and please note that we are trying to find out how to stop it. -
