I purchased an annual premier subscription by accident. According to Course Hero's Terms and Conditions, I am entitled for a refund since I did not view any documents as a premium member. I have submitted my request for a refund to Course Hero multiple times but have got no replies. Course Hero does not honor their word and is an obvious scam.
