The ad for a free trial came out on Facebook so I signed up for it and it turns out, it's not free because at the end of it if you opt out of the auto-subscription, you have to pay for your 'free trial'. So it is not free at all. I did some digging around for a number to call, I came across a similar complaint and the number to ring to cancel your subscription is Healthy Essentials Ltd site ( The name of the company ) telephone number 0845 528 1163 ( 24 hours ). I am not getting my shipping fee back and that's the price to pay for falling for this scam!

- I don't know how I got caught in this scam. I think if these "criminals" put as much time and effort into honest way of making a living, the world would be a better place. I would also like to add that their product's gave me a Garlic breath and loaded me with air.
