My daughter got me voting on facebook and by email for her favorite band on a world wide battle of the bands on the internet. It started out to be fun and interesting and the winner was going to get a thousand dollars. We were voting everyday from september 3, 2011 to september 26, 2011 and then something went wrong because Gonzalo Arzamendi and his little production company called Arzuk Productions couldn't handle the pressure when a lot of people started talking about him and how he didn't know how to run his own contest so he canceled the battle of the bands 4 days early. I am furious that my daughter had to see all this and that most likely she will never participate in a battle of the bands ever again. She was very disappointed and so was I that a full grown man canceled the contest for no apparent reason. I'm appalled at his lack of explanation and unprofessional behavior. Somebody should have won the 1000 dollars but instead Gonzalo Arzamendi posted on his facebook that he will donate the money to charity and that there will be no winner. This is completely wrong. He not only wasted our time but he also wasted the time of the hundreds of voters and also the 41 contestants. It is my belief that Gonzalo Arzamendi not only insulted all the talented artists and the voting public but that he should be banned from ever holding another contest for as long as he lives.

What happen on The Battle Of The Bands at Arzuk and Newusb
We try to avoid this to become public but under the circumstances
I’ feel obligated to bring it to the public attention.
The battle Of the Bands was stop for one and only one reason
We cut one of the musicians cheating and trying to manipulate the votes.
How? Well this musicians was making fakes e-mails , From two servers AOL and Yahoo, with different names but send by the same IP # every e-mail count like one vote, as longer it come from a different person, well he was making not 1 or 2 but 100’s of email every day and sending them like votes, the first week we didn’t see it, however when we was replaying the e-mails Thanking the sender for their vote, after 10 or 15 replays yahoo suspend me for sending messages for 15 to 20 minutes when I complain to Yahoo about that they told me I was sending to the same IP replay an is consider spam , they give me the IP # of where I was sending the e-mails Saying it was the same address where I was sending yes 100’s of replays. I talk to Raymond from Newusb , and me and a 3 th person talk to the musician in question via Skype where he openly admit to be making this e-mails, “ Because according to him we didn’t put in the rules that, that was not valid, ( that is True we really didn’t see the need to set as a rule that say artist can not sit on the computer and make fakes e-mail to vote for them selves) I have at that time enough problem because this artist has approx 15 e-mails in his name but not all the same name some change from capital letter to small letters, Others with his first initial and last name and etc etc it’s true there were not the same emails address but was send by the same person, any way I let him get away with that however the worse was to come between 80 to 150 e-mail send using AOL only with seconds between each other and the between 80 to 150 e-mail only from Yahoo with also seconds of difference between each other, and I have the pictures of them day after day after day of this I have a talk to The Administrator of Newusb, I tald him I was going to talk to the Musician in question and we did, Me the musicians and a 3th person have a chat on Skype the musician openly accept to us making this e-mails, according to him We did put a rule against that. After our conversation on Skype we have a meeting with the administrator of Newusb and he told me This person need to get off the competition or we stop the competition, I told the musician what we was going to do and his answer was Ok I’m getting off the competition at the end of the next day, when I inform this to the administrator on Newusb he told me No I’m stopping the competition now. And I agree with his decision however it was his call witch I support 100%. This is a copy of the last conversation I got true the Chat Box here on facebook with this musician the only change I did is take his name of If he do not retract of his false accusations against me the I will make public his name and the facts I have with me.

There was on the 23 of September 6 finalist that could win the Battle but 4 Of them rising to the battle after one of the musicians die on the 20 of September, this musicians by the own initiative invite their fans to vote for Kirk , because there was two musicians at that time on the battle that can win I was not able to stop it, One was the Cheater and the other one was Kirk Collado RIP, but once we find out how this musician was getting ahead for the last 20 days then we had to do something and I give him the opportunity to quietly remove him self out of the competition but he refused until The Adminitrator of Newusb stop the Battle Not me but I support his dentition 100%.
This is Why we Stop the Battle of the band and also after this Musicians was cut cheating in the battle we start checking on his popularity on Newusb his music was the most play all the time, well we also follow this and find out that the only person requesting his music was him only him same IP making fake e-mails same IP making requests over and over and over only him so it took us many hors of work in order to correct the loops in the way to request music now is fair and even and also he is not the most played on newusb and never was Technically ,he was cheating also over there requesting his music all the time only him.
Now I know you will read sooner or later this, and if you do not retract your lies and slandering about me I will make your name public and also give and post everything I have to prove you are a Cheater and Only you are the Cheater I’m sorry about the other members of your group who get involved on this I’m sure they have no idea what your really are “A cheater”.

- If you would like to have the name of you msicians who happen to be a Cheater just let me know and I give it to you full name and IP number you guys forget everytime you do something in the computer you have your own signature "Janesmom" I can get your IP and this yo say here is slander so be carefull with you mouth and if you have any complains refer to me with your name not a fake name.
