This is a time share in Mexico. It is a beautiful place but the tatics they use to get you to buy are completly fraudulant. They told us that they had a buyer for the current time share that we owned. Also that we would have 6 weeks per year $2600 per week x 5 years and that would more than pay for what we were paying for the property. Well needless to say the management company that they said handled all of this for them was a scam they were not even licensed we found out after we started investigating since we had not received any money. They say that they have no responsibility for this as they have nothing to do with the managenent company and the agreement we have with them was completly seperate. They have washed there hands of it. I asked them if they would be willing to buy the property back since we bought it under false pretenses and they said NO way. Stay away from these people.

  • Peter, we just finished paying our contract over the last two years, totally oblivious to this being a scam, we signed and just never looked back, went there last year to visit and everything looked like it was on target. We just finished paying off our contract and are sending paperwork to Mexico that is suppose to put the property into trust. Does anyone know if this is valid? Feeling pretty sick right now...
