My son saw what appeared to be a referral from a trusted friend for a product on Facebook. He ordered the product using my credit card. After conferring with friend we found out the ad was a scam and when we tried to contact the company to cancel the order we were lied to. they charged our card and sent the product anyway. when we called to find out the procedure to return the product for a credit we were again lied to and hung up on.
