Albert Bell contacted and promised me some great terms of a mtg refinance which he qualified me for within just 2 days. We were in bankruptcy already but had a 7.25% interest mtg rate and anxious to get it lowered. He required the down payment of $1747.50 which I sent as a check and referred me to his loan processor,Alyssa, to take all the info required and send it to my mortgage company. When my lawyer checked this out after 2 months, only 1 page of the documents had been received. I myself compiled and updated all the required documents and submitted them to our mtg servicer just to find out we didn't even qualify for the terms Albert promised us. I was told Clear Vision could NEVER have secured the terms they promised us for us! I have repeatedly asked for a refund from Clear Vision with no response. Don't do business with this dishonest company!
