Just like everyone else on here who decided to sign up on this stupid website, I failed to do my research before signing up for their "membership". As soon as you do, you can't get a response from anyone. I have contacted them about canceling my account and turning off my subscription. Hopefully they will sooner than later. I do not want to be charged for this.
