They said they had puppies that they needed to get rid of quickly and if we would pay the freight, we could have the 2 dogs. There were no dogs after paying in advance... They were from Cameroon and said they were military living in Arkansas, but had to get back to Iraq ASAP. Total scam! Warning signs: pay in advance and use Western Union. Turned out the "dog owner" was the USHIP.com owner as well.

Sharon - I am sincerely sorry that you were scammed, however you really should do more research before falsely libeling our company, uShip.com. We are in no way affiliated with this scam and this scammer has impersonated our trusted brand to lure you in. Please remove or rewrite this post to prevent even more collateral damage from this.

In the future, NEVER use Western Union or wire transfer to people you don't know or anyone in Africa - it is ALWAYS a scam. A small amount of research and some common sense would have prevented this in the first place.

Matthew - Thanks for the words of guidance. In fact I never paid a dime and was very suspicious when they initially said that they had transportation arranged for the puppies from Arkansas to San Diego in one day on the 4th of July. Hmmmm. This is not uship.com protocol and I knew better. They are using the business name, complete with your website logo to legitimize their scheme. I sincerely did not know that they could do that legally so wanted to warn others to be wary. My daughter posted the report using my name and I apologize for any misrepresentations she may have made.
