Surrogacy clients beware! We thought we had done our research on this company. We specifically asked them about some negative reviews that were out there. They told us the issues that caused those reviews had been totally resolved. That was not the case. Communication was cordial until we started asking for proof that things were actually being done. They cannot provide proof that they paid our clinic, can't provide an embryo report and can't provide other critical documentation. Totally disorganized. We feel conned.
