Complaint 271009 Details

Paid £4.95 for a supposed free sample but returned item on 25 July after realising I would have to pay for this. However they had already taken £89.99 from my Santander Credit card. The next day another package arrived and I found that on 23 July another £94.94 been taken from my account.

Sent this back too with another note ancelling any future orders and asking for full refunds. (The tel no. on their paperwork unobtainable)

On 27 August yet another package arrived and I found that yet again £94.94 been taken from my account.

I discovered another tel no. for them other than the unobtainable 0800 014 8149 and rang them on it (0800 909 8013). I was told tht I would not get a refund for the first 2 packages returned as I had not got 'authorisation' from them first! Bit hard to do when the phone no. is unobtainable.
He said I needed to track down 'the truck' that the 2 packages had been returned on!!

He gave me a no. to write on my third package after trying to persuade me to keep it with 50% discount. Am sending this back today - will have to see if I get this amount refunded.

My credit card company Santander have so far declined to refund me the first 2 amounts and I have had to send them a letter of appeal.

This is a nightmare and I am really stressed. I have now blocked my credit card and have just received a new one with new pin number.

Can anybody help please?
