I called HP for technical support and the call got redirected to this Iyogi.com. I didn't that this company existed. They convinced me that my computer was infected with virus and that is what was causing the perfomance to go down. Then they offered this one year contract for $309.98 to maintain my desktop and my laptop. But now I see that this is a scam and it was charged on my credit card. I have informed my credit card company but they will take action only after the charge has gone through. I don't know if we lost that amount. Now I realize that they are hacking my computer.
