I applyed for a loan with a company and it says a 1 off charge of the sum £17.49 so I left the page and I checked my bank today and they took the money out yet I still haven't received any loan I applyed for because I didn't have the money in my account to pay the £17.49 so I tryed contacting them but they have no number to ring only an address please help me
