I had ordered the free trial back in June 2013 because you were only supposed to pay $4.99 shipping and handling. After I had received my first bottle I called this number 1888-960-9291 and talked to a male represenative who said he can cancel my account. Havent received any bottles except for my free trial bottle, so I had thought my account was cancelled. On August 27/2013 I was charged $97 from the company. I called again and talked to a very rude famale represenative. I had told her that I had been charged basically another $300 after I had cancelled and didnt even receive any product for the extra charges.I asked her to refund these 3 extra charges and she had told me that my first bottle was $89 if you didnt cancel after the 14 day trial period, though i had. She has said that there wasnt a note or any record of my call. I then told her i didnt receive anything and wanted a full refund. She said the trial bottle was $89. Complete false advertising. Then she told me that they had already shipped the product and I should have received it by now. Basicially she said that there was nothing she could do. I couldnt even send the new shipment back for a refund because of some stupid expiry date.
Please be aware to anyone wanting this product, This is a scam and they just want your money and will tell you a million different excuses why that cant give you a refund. I guess in the end it was my stupidity for giving them my card number in the first place and have well learned my lesson. Please read reveiew before buying because I wish I had. Dont let these bastards scam you. The represenative wont even let you get a word in , so I basically had to yell at her and just keep talking for her to shut up and listen. I told her that she was a extremly bad customer service represenative and should quite her job. The are very rude and ignorant. BEWARE!!!!!
