I ordered 1 bottle on July 26 that was supposed to be free except for shipping cost of $6.95. On August 8 I had not yet rec'd product so they told me they would re-ship and extend trial period for 14 more days. I finally rec'd product and started using on August 21. After 1 week I decided to cancel trial on Aug. 28. Today I see on my bank statement a charge on Aug. 29 for $88.74. I called and was told that I waited too long to cancel and I could not get my money back and that there was NOTHING that could be done. She wouldn't even offer me 1/2 off.
