SOFT COPY OF AGREEMENT LETTER
As a personnel manager of Hofthen Energy Corporation, I hereby on behalf of the above name enter agreement with
you I urge you to abide by the rules and ethics guiding this organization. We shall welcome you as one of our
employees and hope that you will find your employment with us satisfactory. We are pleased to offer you employment
with Hofthen Energy Corporation upon the following terms and conditions:
1. DATE OF COMMENCEMENT
Your commencing date with Hofthen Energy Corporation will be stipulated on the intent appointment letter if you are
successfully appointed
2. SALARY
Your starting basic monthly salary will be 3500 AUD /- per Month after deduction of government tax which maybe
received before 28th of every Month.
3. PROBATION
You are required to serve a probationary period of two to three month after which your service will be confirmed
subject to satisfactory performance. The probationary period may be extended or shortened at the absolute discretion
of the Company.
4. Visa Procurement
The Company will send all the essential documents and appoint Australian Immigration attaché officer to assist you in
getting your entry clearance from the Australia Council in your country.
6. ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS
Car Maintenance: 450.00 AUD (Monthly) House & Furnishings: 2,800 AUD (Yearly)
Entertainment & Recreation: 290.00 AUD (Monthly) Travel & Events: 250.00 AUD (Monthly)
7. PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL
* You are entitled to 2months Paid Leave which can be taken once at a time or 2weeks apart from one different
period. *You will receive 3,000.00 AUD Take home for each leave Period.
*Employer for each Inter-continental trip shall pay 900 AUD flat rate travel/entertainment Allowance to employee.
Travel shall be by business class/first class.
*Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' Family only on employee's early
notification to employer and as shall be requested by Employee.
8. EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES
Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during
Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars (Visa) and Work Resident permit will be substantiated with receipts and
Employer will reimburse the Employee not later than Five (5) Working days after submission of Employee's expense
Report and Receipts as proofs of such Expenses. (After one week of arrival to job location)We however reimburse fully
all Travel costs and Expenses made by Employee.
9. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You are required to perform the duties and responsibilities related to your position at any division, department or
section in the Company or within the Group of Companies.
10. WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Lunch time: 12.00 noon to 1.00 p.m. Two (2) tea breaks of 15 minutes each.
Saturday and Sunday shifting duty. The Company reserves the right to change your working days and hours.
11. ANNUAL LEAVE/HOLIDAYS
You are entitled to one month annual leave in addition to three month gazette holidays observed by the Company.
12. TRANSFER/SECONDMENT
You are subject to transfer to any place where the Company has an office or when required in the course of
performing your duty. A female Employee on leave because of a miscarriage or abortion shall be considered to be
only on normal sick leave.
13. MEDICAL/SURGICAL/ENTITLEMENT, BENEFITS AND PACKAGES:

14. LIFE INSURANCE AND PAID VACATION.
You will be entitled to the Maternity leave as per company law. Such leave is to be taken on doctor's written orders.
The maternity leave will be on a fully paid basis as long as the Employee has served for at least one hundred and
eighty (180) days before the date of first confinement.
15. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all expatriates with no expenses to be
incurred. Laundry and dry cleaning service will also be made Available to all Expatriates by the company's laundry
and dry cleaning unit.
16. SPORSORSHIP AND SCHOLARSHIP.
The Company maintains a policy to give study scholarship to one child of our staffs. This study Scholarship is to assist
our work staffs give quality education to one of their Children with the Prospect of working with our Company in the
future or any other place of choice so decided by the Scholarship beneficiary as part of our social responsibility to our
staffs in appreciation to quality service delivery for the progress of our Company over the years.
17. GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE (GPA)
Employee shall be paid Accident Insurance fee incase of any death or injure during the service of the company, this
Insurance will be under discretion of the company.
18. RULES, REGULATIONS & CONFIDENTIALITY
All job recruitments are done in our instigated office in Australia (Hofthen Energy Corporation). Also Applicants will
be responsible for his/her visa and all other necessary travel documents (company policy), that will enable him/her to
come over to his job community (here). We also ensure to stand in favor of your name and plead with the consulate
office of the Australian Embassy in your country to assist you making sure that visa and all the travel documents are
issued to you smoothly, after (5) working days of arriving in the company all visa expenses shall be reimburse back to
employee (Company Policy)
19. ESSENTIAL)
Hofthen Energy Corporation Australia will not accept to take initial costs for Visa Expenses and Work/Resident Permit
Papers of Employee before Work sign-on. This is to possibly avoid losses that may be accrued to Employer should
Employee decide to decline Job offer after certain expenses must have been made by Employer due to similar past
experience. Any expenses incurred by the employee for visa will be fully refunded by the company on resumption to
duty as we cannot pay for Visa for applicant that are not actually ready to travel to avoid unwanted loss of company
finance
The first one month benefit shall be paid in advance before a one month orientation Program i.e. before any employee
of (Hofthen Energy Corporation Australia) come down to his/her duty post officially, this is to enable Hofthen Energy
Corporation Australia employees settle all domestic needs on arrival. As such no excuses will be entertained on
assumption of duty relating to default.
Payment of one month benefit is also geared towards making sure that all employees have enough money in his/her
Bank account as the International Expatriates Financial Statutory Law would demand (IEFSL).
Your compensation will be reviewed every year in the month of June as per Company policy. You will be initially
place at Hofthen Energy Corporation Australia there are Single Bed-room and Flat options to choose from. You shall
eat at the staff canteen free of charge two times per day as there are dietary options for vegetarians and non
vegetarian’s food for our employee
You shall at all times, devote your full attention and skill to the affairs of the Company and will endeavor to your
utmost ability to promote and advance the interests of the Company.
Accordingly, you undertake that:
You will under no circumstances make available your services to any undertaking, or have any interest directly or
indirectly in any other undertaking or activity which might interfere with the proper performance of your duties
without first obtaining the written permission of the Company;
you will not at any time during the continuance or after the termination of your services with the Company
irrespective of any reason for such termination, make use or disclose to any party either for your own benefit or for
the benefit of any party (individual, firm, company, any trade or business), the affairs and confidential information of
the Company or any of its related companies of which you have knowledge or become aware during the course of
your service with the Company;
You will obey and comply with all reasonable orders and instructions given to you by the Company or its authorized
agents and observe all standing and other rules and/or regulations now in force or from time to time approved by the
Company.
20. TERMINATION
After confirmation of your employment, notice of termination of employment will be three (3) month’s notice in
writing or three (3) Month’s salary in lieu of notice from either party.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the Company shall be entitled to terminate your employment without notice,
indemnities and compensation in any of the following events:
i) If you are, in the opinion of the Company, guilty of dishonesty, misconduct or negligence in the performance
of your Duties;
ii) If you have been found to have committed a serious breach or continual material breach of any of your duties
or Obligations;
iii) If you are found to have made illegal monetary profit or received any gratuities or other rewards, in cash or in
kind, out of any of the Company’s affairs or any of its subsidiaries or related companies.
21. RETIREMENT
The retiring age is at sixty five (65) years of age and (15) years of work with the company. In the absence of evidence
of the exact date of birth the employee shall retire on 31st December of the year the employee attains sixty five years
of age.
NOTE: All original necessary documents concerning your employment shall be given to you when you arrive in our
office in Australia. The company management shall assign you on a post based on your experience.
You shall be made to give a self Introduction on arrival that is designed to facilitate a cordial relationship between
expatriates and firm as well as the organizational structure with respect to the project scope. Self introduction are also
designed to ascertain claims on working experiences and Academic/educational qualifications, such done in
conformity with International Labor legal provision.
I certify that all statements made on this agreement letter are quit understood by me, and completed to the best of my
knowledge. In the event of employment, I understand that false, omission of material, or misleading information given
in my application or interview(s) is cause for immediate disqualification for employment or, if employed, immediate
discharge thereafter. In consideration of my employment, I agree to conform to the rules, regulations, and personnel
policies of the employer.
I authorize investigation of all statements and the entire certificate presented by me for this employment. I understand
that all offers of employment are conditioned on Hofthen Energy Corporation receipt of the satisfactory results of a
background investigation conducted by a consumer credit reporting agency, satisfactory responses to reference
requests and the provision of satisfactory proof of identity and legal authority to work in Australia. Offers of
employment are also conditioned upon the satisfactory completion of a post-offer drug screen and medical
examination.
I understand that Hofthen Energy Corporation is a drug-free workplace that pre-employment and post-accident drug
tests are mandatory, and positions that are considered “safety” sensitive are subject to random drug testing. All
individuals considered for employment are evaluated on merit, business needs, integrity, motivation, work ethic and
specific job requirements and not on race, color, citizenship status, national origin, ancestry, gender, sexual
orientation, age, religious belief, physical or mental disability, physical handicap, medical condition, marital status,
veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with applicable law. Hofthen Energy Corporation

I understand that nothing contained in the agreement letter or conveyed during any interview, which may be granted
is intended to create an employment contract between the company and me. In addition, I understand and agree that
if I am employed, my employment is for no definite or determinable period and may be terminated at any time, and
this will be because when I carry out anything I discern already which is forbidden and against the rules and
regulations of the company.
If you find that the terms are favorable, please indicate your acceptance from the date of this letter by
Signing on the duplicate copy of this letter and thereafter returning it to the Human Resource Department.
