We order 50MT HDPE Recycled milk bottle.
PI is issued by Jason.
Payment term is clearly stated: 30% T/T advance and balance 70% after deliver of materials to Taipei port Taiwan. He is the one draft the PI and insist us to sign it off. We did.

After we made the 30% to the bank he indicated on his PI, it's 8/22, he then told us to transfer the money to another bank instead. He told us to do it..and it's 8/23 night which is Friday and bank is close for business. We told him that it's no way to make such change, according to my knowledge, but he is very insist. So we still try to talk to our bank on 8/26. And it's confirmed that there is no way to make such change unless the receiver reject our money. And our bank also confirms that the money is received by Jason's indicated bank..

When nego with him on 8/23 night, I ask him if on Monday, I fail to make the change (he wants us to re-direct the 30% money to another bank), will he still keep his commitment for releasing my shipment? He said yes. (My logic is, Because this bank “problem” (though he is never clear what’s the problem so I still don’t get it)(and if it’s a problem, it’s him to solve, but not me to pay more) is his problem, he should honor the deal he made.) Since he said yes, he will keep his commitment, then I have him draft an agreement for such statement, and he did that too. But in the end, he just keep asking us to wire another 20% or he will not release related shipping documents. He took two days to show me invoice and packing. I'm clear to him, saying that I need third party documents which is like a BL, SGS report, vessel booking form. Once I can be sure the shipment does go out, I’ll try to arrange the 20% he asks for. He refused to provide, unless I "cooperate" with him for paying another 20%. He keeps saying that the shipment is released per our agreement but just don't show me the documents. He gives me a link to track but who knows the link is a fake one or something. Though it can be tracked, but the info is so insufficient. (I did link to that website.)

He just trying to make us pay more. And we don't really say no, but asking for documents. I feel we are very reasonable. Or if he can't make the shipment, then just return the money back to us.

I truly feel that I met a cheater…the 30% I made is all the money I have. So it’s very sad that I can’t have it back. But I still seek if anyone can give me any opinion if there is any chance to get it resolved? I do want my shipment…or have my money returned…
