I ordered the "free" trial of the product, paying postage only. I received it along with the letter saying that I would be charged the full price. I thought that this meant that it was for future products. Only when I didn't receive anything else and phoned to ask what was going on did I find out that the free trial was just for 14 days and then you would be charged full price for what I thought was a sample. This is a complete con.
