We brought 2 english bull dog puppies off 2 different people on facebook and then they supposedly registered the puppies under my partners name and told us it would be $200 to ship one puppy from Darwin, Australia to New Zealand and then $150 to ship the other puppy from Invercargil to Levin, New Zealand. The puppies were to be shipped by Legacy pet movers, right to our doorstep. They were to arrive at 10pm sharp. By the time 10pm came around, the puppies still didn't arrive so we emailed the agency to see what was happening. They then emailed back and said we would need to pay insurance for the puppy and new crates (this being refundable) costing around $750 all up. We haven't paid anything more to them as they sound very unprofessional and rude on the phone. They told us that one of our puppies are in Perth, Australia in quarantine and that the other puppy is at Blenheim airport in New Zealand. This turned out to be a big scam as we rang Blenheim airport to see if they were holding a puppy there and their answer was no. We just want our money back or the puppies that we paid for. Can you please help us?
