I SIGNED UP WITH THEM & THEY TOLD ME THAT $ 320- A YEAR WOULD TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING & IF I WAS TO CANCEL I WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK PRO-RATED. WELL I HAD SOME PROBLEMS & THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME MORE TO FIX THEM. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THAT & THEN THEY SAID OKAY NO CHARGE THIS TIME BUT THGE NEXT TIME THERE WILL BE A CHARGE. I TOLD THEM TO SEND MY MONEY BACK PRO=RATED I,M CANCELLING & THEY SAID NO YOU GET NOTHING BACK & THEN THEY TRIED TO SELL ME MORE INS. IF THIS DOESN,T SOUND LIKE A SCAM WHAT DO YOU CALL IT
