After receiving a phone call from a woman at this company on Fri 23rd August 2013, saying she was confirming details of our Google listing. She then put us through to security to confirm details, at no point did anyone say we were entering into a Contract with them. Both representatives from this company wanted to rush thought details before I assume you realised what was going on. When we received their letter the next day and after checking with someone more knowledable about google we rang to cancel, only to be told in a very rude manner that we were liable for the £298.80 and he would send us to court if we didn't pay. It seemed we had entered into a verbal contract, of which we were unaware. we have no choice but to pay it. I feel this company whilst probably above the law (just!) is railroading people and they do not make it clear what is going on. We feel stupid, obviously we are very naive, being new to web marketing. Please be aware if anyone phones you, don't enter into any agreements before checking it out. It's too late for us.
