This poster lists various properties in different states trying to get interested parties to send him monies up front, site unseen, with promises of keys etc being sent fed ex or via DHL. Be aware the ads and contact info if listed always change and disappear quickly. He seems sincere, yet avoids directly answering vital questions in regard to each property. The usual story is that he and his family have moved to a new location, thus the reason for the rental. He is not worried about the rent money, but more about the tenant being a responsible, clean, trustworthy person that will treat the house like it was their own. I responded to 2 separate ads on Craigslist in Charlotte, NC. One via their reply service and the other, two days later via text, which is his preferred way to communicate. He did respond to me via text and thankfully due to me researching the numbers on the internet associated with the ad I was able to find multiple other complaints related to this person or persons. I played with him for a bit via text and his responses were textbook to what I had read in similar complaints. He uses multiple emails in yahoo and the two numbers I had associated with him were 646-589-5430 and 507-589-4148. Needless to say, I will not be sending him anything. The ad is reposted today on Craigslist as stated above, Aug 27, and has yet again changed, the price has increased and there is NO address or phone numbers listed for the property this time. This house is located very close to my area. I wonder what the REAL property owners would think!?!?
