Complaint 26999 Details

They were running a 30% off special on wholesale clothing. I placed an order on-line and received an order conformation reflecting the 30% discount. They charged my credit card their regular price [$202 more than I had authorized] and shipped the merchandise with a note saying that the 30% off offer was a computer glitch. They never contacted me to see if I still wanted to buy the clothes at the un-discounted amount. Now here comes the good part - they said if I were to return the clothing I would be charged a $150 re-stocking fee! yes I was upset, but these people are nasty lunatics. As for me threatening them or black mailing them I have no idea what they are talking about unless they are referring to me filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau. The fact that now six months later they are posting my name, address & personal phone number on the Internet is just sad, crazy and possibly illegal.
