Initially gave them $700 in August 2012 to market my property in Colorado after being told by "Cody" investors were interested in my property. Received a phone call Dec 12, 2012 from a Chamera Bowman representing FSBO stating there was an offer on my property for $12900 as well as additional properties close by and it was acceptable to me. She stated she needed $1598 for closing costs and title fees and I should be receiving the proceeds within 90 days.
I received in the mail reference to this phone call later and signed it.
Months went by with Chamera who never talked to me personally when I would ask for a return phone call. Finally in July 2013 I spoke to a lady at FSBO who researched the file and said the offer was less than $4000 and never was $12900. I asked for a refund of the $1598 and she said I had authorized the money for international marketing. Tough luck. TOTALLY LIED TO BY CHAMERA WHO
MISREPRESENTED HERSELF AND HER FIRM TO ME. CODY WAS ALSO FULL OF IT. TOTAL PREVARICATION!
