They captured my father (age 82y - very simple WinXY user, Middle Germany near Cologne). With some calls from these company/India, they supported him with his WinXP-PC - ”supported” him with LogMeIn and with some (Inappropriate Information Removed) questions and actions (WIN-XP) for hours, asked two times/day over next day for payment - all together E133.68 eg. round $175.00. He payed with his VISA-CreditCard ;-(. He don't believe me, bevore he cancel his VISAcard, he like to have ”concurrent evidence”, thats it's a scalm. He has a ”contract!” for 1 year with these support (urgentechelp.com). Papa ”let us wait some days, its not necessary to come in like panic with the VisaCard”. Me = ;-(o(o(.
