After looking into the details of our son's phone bill we noticed a monthly charge for motime.ca of $11.00 since December 2012. my son never frustrated for the service and never downloaded any of their ringtones and such. We are not sure how or why this few started appearing on his bill and would like compensation. thank you for looking into this matter.
