Same as everyone els say an ad for a free bottle with only paying $2.95 for shipping but instead I got 4 bottles and a bill that states a total of $148.96 will be charged to my account. I have spoken to a customer service person and tried get this resolved but somehow they don't have my information on file. How can that be when they sent the product to my address with name on it. Service person on the other line said he would refer my case to someone higher. They should be contacting me in 72 hours. I don't know how they are going to contact me . They don't have my phone number or email address. I just want them to do what's right and refund my money!!!!!!!!!
