Hi,

Y-Axis had claimed that they are the best in overseas placements in various countries. So, i had gone for a meeting with their counsellor who assured me that i would get good response based on my cv. hence, i decided to go ahead and paid 40 grands for 3 months of marketing in CANADA. They had mentioned that they would market my CV to the entire country and also write my resume.
The resume writing was all done my by self with hardly any inputs from the consultant. Then started the marketing process, in the whole marketing process for 3 months i did not receive a single response from any employers in canada. They handed me the mail id details at the end of the marketing process. After receiving the mail details i came to know that one of the employer had expressed interest in my profile and had asked to "respond", but the consultant failed to reply back. I was in touch with the y-axis consultant on a regular basis. And they have failed in everything that they claimed to be or committed.
Kindly help me to take this case fwd as i want my money back, i feel i am cheated.

    As per our records, we found you were a registered client of Y-Axis and as per service level agreement we have delivered our services.

    Upon completion of resume marketing services, we have closed your account which was registered with us. It is truly unfortunate that you are not satisfied with the service which was rendered by Y-Axis. In the same context, I would like to reiterate that our resume marketing service is not similar as Placement Abroad assurance. During resume marketing our Consultant would forward your resume to essential employer database (for the selected country) and also apply to open jobs (online) which would be posted by employers on popular job portals.

    Y-Axis do not provide any commitment on certain number of leads or assured interview calls. Resume marketing response is totally at the discretion of employers and available requirement during that point of time.

    However, considering that there was no prospective response after the completion of resume marketing and based on your request we offered you maximum refund for the service fee paid toward resume marketing services, though as per agreement you are not entitled for any refund. Along with refund we have also offered you complimentary service by extending your resume marketing period for another 2 weeks.

    Hence, as per our mutual understanding we tried to resolve your concern with an amicable solution.

    There are also customers who get rejected and do not succeed after the process. They too expect a refund and this is rejected by Y-Axis. Y-Axis does not guarantee or promise a visa or a job. Our deliverable are very clear.

    Most complaints about Y-Axis are written by the above type of customers only. Y-Axis signs a legal agreement with the customer before taking him/her on. The terms of the agreement are very clear and mentioned in black and white. Y-Axis invests in research, development, technology and other factors to enhance our process. There is a cost to all of this and it is not free.

  • So, in cases of the above, Y-Axis refuses a refund and the customer goes online to post it.

    Smaller competing firms who cannot compete with Y-Axis on any other basis get their employees to post false complaints in an attempt to tarnish Y-Axis' reputation. Employees who are terminated from Y-Axis due to fixing documents or indulging in fraud also post false reviews because they have been let go off immediately.

    We are REAL company with real people, processes, systems and also real problems. We do not pay online portals to take off bad reviews. Neither do we pay for SEO services to ensure that bad reviews do not come up on sites like this or do not come up in search engines. So, you will see bad reviews about us. Do not get carried away by lies and exaggeration. We request you to email us. If your problem is genuine and your request is reasonable, we will do our best to resolve it.
